What are they talking about? Congress Speaks

| August 13, 2009

congressspeaksLGWho says counting the words that legislators in Congress speak is a task almost as exciting as watching grass grow?  Hats off to congressspeaks.com for creating this humorous, entertaining and informative display of the words spoken in the 110th Congress.  For those who make a living influencing, take note of how information can be presented to create an emotional connection between the message and your intended audience.  With all the data that is easily accessible online, true skill is demonstrated by those who can analyze and present information in such a way that an audience can clearly understand and achieve a mental picture of the meaning of the data.  If it can entertain and keep the audience involved, even better. Creating a bond between the message and the audience can be a powerful motivator if created in such a demonstrative way.   Nice Job!
