Small Trade Groups May Lose Their Voice With New Lobbying Restrictions

The Hill’s, Kevin Bogardus, reports on the concern voiced by small associations and trade groups that they will not be able to have their interests properly represented due to new lobbying rules set forth by the White House.  These organizations say they can not afford to add or change personnel to present their position and thus will not be able to compete with larger groups who can.
